20 year old woman on a weight loss journey.
There will be good times & bad times. Times when I feel empowered & times when I feel like I'm failing. Tumblr is where I'll let out all my feelings along this journey.
It's difficult, but so worth it in the end.

Desserts:
Watermelon Granita
-6 cups of cubed watermelon
-1/4 cup sugar
-1/2 water
-lemon juice (I just put some in…maybe 2 tbs?)
Puree watermelon. Bring water & sugar to a boil. In a pan, pour watermelon puree, sugar water, & lemon juice. Place in freezer for 1.5 hours. Scrape with a fork. Place back in the freezer for a couple more hours & scrape with a fork again. When granita is frozen, scrape with a fork until it’s like like crystals. (I didn’t do that for my picture, but that’s how you’re supposed to make granita!)
