20 year old woman on a weight loss journey.
There will be good times & bad times. Times when I feel empowered & times when I feel like I'm failing. Tumblr is where I'll let out all my feelings along this journey.
It's difficult, but so worth it in the end.

  1. My Goals.

    My Goals!

    Short term:

    1.  Weigh less than 200 pounds!

    2.  Exercise at least 4 days a week.

    3.  Drink at least 8 cups of water per day.

    4.  Eat more meals at the dinner table & not in front of the T.V.

    5.  Take some sort of exercise class.

    6.  Work on complimenting myself more, instead of putting myself down.

    7.  Get a job!

     

    Long term:

    1.  Weigh 130 pounds. (Healthy weight for my height!)

    2.  Be more confident.

    3.  Go white water rafting.

    4.  Wear a bikini or sexy one piece during the summer of 2012!

    5.  Learn to swim.
