20 year old woman on a weight loss journey.
There will be good times & bad times. Times when I feel empowered & times when I feel like I'm failing. Tumblr is where I'll let out all my feelings along this journey.
It's difficult, but so worth it in the end.

I saw on Anderson how your house can make you fat. There’s things you can do to help you on your weight loss journey. One thing is organizing your fridge so that the bad food is in the back or hidden & all the healthy stuff is up front. We don’t have a lot in our fridge right now, so the organizing was kind of hard, so I will take another picture Tuesday after I get groceries. Just wanted to give you a little bit of an idea.
I moved the middle shelf down one notch. Put fruits, veggies, water, geek yogurt on top shelf. Middle shelf is my mom’s regular milk, my almond milk, egg beaters, butter, sour cream, cool whip…(most of the stuff on the 2nd shelf is for baking…not stuff we eat everyday). Bottom shelf is where we’re putting meat that we’re going to use for dinner & leftovers. Oh & eggs…only because there wasn’t enough room on the top shelf. In the right crisper drawer there are still a few veggies that I cook with…onions (if I put them on the top, the fridge will stink lol), pepper, & tomatoes. Left crisper drawer are cheeses & turkey bacon & lunch meats.
So again, this fridge isn’t perfect because we don’t have a ton of stuff yet since it is the end of the week. But Tuesday or Wednesday I will post a good organized picture!
By the way, this really does help!
